Harbor House serves victim-survivors of domestic and sexual violence in Outagamie and Calumet Counties.

A shelter and rehousing program, with food programs, classes, and mental health services.

The Women’s Safe House mission is to empower women and families to rebuild their lives free of domestic and sexual abuse through emergency services, education and advocacy.

Designed for 16 to 21 year-old pregnant or parenting young women who haven’t finished high school and are in need of housing.
